CALAGUAS ISLAND - Day 2

Nov 29' 11 - I woke up around 5:30am, took my digicam and started walking towards the west end of the island, Kuya Bayan and Ramir accompanied me.

Aggy and I decided to go to the rocks to take some pictures, the two dogs went with us.

Upon reaching the east side of the island, you'll see a small lagoon.

According to Nanay Paz, in this area you'll be able to catch a signal for your cellphone but limited only for Globe or Smart....too bad I'm a Suncel user (",)

We decided to leave early while the sea is calm and for us to reach Naga right away. Our stay maybe short but we promise to go back during summer and we will invite more friends to join us.

Let's help the locals of Paracale. If you think that the boat rental of Php2500.00 is too much, you're wrong.... Considering the distance, cost of gasoline, and the hardship the boatman undertakes just to take the guest safely in the island and inorder to feed their family, the said fee is reasonable.

Each island has it's own beauty and unique features, but Calaguas Island really stands out based on what I've seen from my travel in Coron, Puerto Prinsesa, Pangasinan, Bohol,   Boracay, and Zambales.

Patience is a virtue. This should be your motto when going to Calaguas because it's really really far, but in the end you will be rewarded.

  2. Hi chyng! Thank you sa comments and for visiting my blog.
