NORTHPINE Transient House

After visiting Our Lady of Manaoag in Pangasinan, we went straight to Baguio via Van passing thru Kenon road. I texted Ma'am Janet Ulat for 1 room two weeks before our scheduled trip, I said that we want to stay in Transient 2 Green Bldg., at Scout Barrio 3. The new rate for a room good for 2 is Php600.00, before it was only Php550.00. Anyway, I said please reserve 1 room for Dec 16-18,2011.

The C.R. is spacious it has a sink and a hot/cold shower.

The good thing about NorthPine Transient House are: 

1. Location - It's 4 minutes away from Nevada, 5 mins away from Victory Liner Terminal, 6-8 minutes away from SM Baguio and 10 minutes away from Burnham Park Terminal. Just a walking distance to Camp John Hay. You won't encounter any traffic at all.

2. Ambiance - Scout Barrio is a peaceful town, surrounded by Pine trees which makes the weather cooler and a very good place to relax.

3. Amenities - The room is well maintained, it has a ref, cable tv, hot and cold shower, spacious and they don't ask for deposit when you want to reserve a room. Just say your name, no. of persons and date of travel.

4. Reasonable Cost - The rate is just right for budget conscious like me who wants to relax in the country's "Summer Capital".

For six years now, every time I go to Baguio I always stay at NorthPine transient house, because for me it's the best!
